What does "getting started" look like? We believe deep understanding is the touchstone—both for us and for you.
1. Diagnosis
Our first deliverable to you is a clearer picture of what's really going on. We use assessments and other methods to surface information that is often out of view (due to blind spots, power dynamics, false harmony), and then present what we've learned in a way that protects the safety of those who shared. These insights can be absolute game-changers on how to move forward.
2. Sense-Making
Putting the pieces together and gaining shared clarity is a collaborative effort. Through facilitated conversations, one-on-ones, and/or team sessions, we help everyone involved get on the some page about the current situation and rally energy towards the outcomes that matter most to you.
3. Design
With a shared understanding, we present options on some of the different ways we can work together towards the outcomes you have identified. We typically provide milestone-based roadmaps with short- and long-term goals, and often include a combination of coaching (group or one-on-one), team sessions, and ad hoc support. With systems and structure to support and measure your progress, we are not afraid to flex and shift as the unexpected predictably arises along the way.
